Your marketing data should make decisions easier, not harder.
I build the measurement infrastructure that shows you exactly what's driving growth. Then I stay, as the strategic brain that makes sure your team actually uses it to make better decisions.

No pitch deck. No 90-slide audit. Just a 30-minute conversation about what's broken in your measurement stack and whether I can fix it.

- 01
You have dashboards. You still don't have answers.
Every platform tells a different story. Nobody on your team can explain why, so decisions go back to gut feel.
- 02
You know the tracking is broken. Nobody's listening.
You've flagged the gaps. You've documented the issues. Leadership keeps asking for more reports instead of fixing the foundation.
- 03
You're making budget decisions with data you don't trust.
Board meeting in three weeks. You still can't confidently say which channels are actually driving revenue.
- 04
You've tried fixing this before. It didn't stick.
Someone built a dashboard. It was beautiful for two weeks. Then the data broke and everyone went back to guessing.
Positioning
I don't deliver bouquets. I plant gardens.
Most measurement consultants deliver a beautiful dashboard and disappear. Two months later, the data is broken, your team is back to guessing, and you're shopping for another consultant to rebuild what the last one built. This happens because the deliverable was never the point. The point is what your team does with the data every single week.
I build the Decision Layer, then I stay as the strategic brain that helps your team turn data into decisions week after week. I speak fluent CMO and fluent developer. That combination is rare.
Build tracking and hand over documentation
Build tracking and stay to run it with your team
Deliver a dashboard and call it done
Make sure the dashboard changes how you allocate budget
Audit your data once
Monitor your data quality continuously
Give you a fish
Give you the fishing pole, teach you to cast, and fish alongside you until your freezer is full

What I do
Every service is scoped to your specific situation: no templates, no packages.
Tracking that works despite ad blockers, iOS restrictions, and consent frameworks, built to survive every privacy update.

Why this is different
Why this is different
- 01
I translate between two worlds, CMO and developer, because I've lived in both.
I've sat in board meetings explaining marketing ROI and debugged server-side GTM containers at 2am. Your VP of Marketing gets clarity and your engineering team gets precision, from the same person.
- 02
That institutional knowledge compounds over time: your measurement system gets smarter, not stale.
The average analytics engagement ends with a handoff document nobody reads. Mine doesn't end. I know every decision behind every configuration, and I know what breaks if you change your UTM structure.
- 03
The best outcome is when your team can run without me.
My goal is not to make you need me forever. It's to make your team genuinely better at using data. Every engagement includes real working sessions where your team learns to interpret numbers and make decisions with confidence. (They usually still want me around, but they could run without me.)
- 04
The system is designed for the decision, not the other way around.
I don't just understand tracking in a vacuum. I understand the marketing decisions it's supposed to inform. When I build your attribution model, I'm thinking about the Tuesday meeting where someone will use this data to decide whether to double spend on a channel or kill it.
Process
What working with me looks like
- 01
You get clarity before anything is built
Before anything is built, you understand exactly what's broken and what fixing it will cost. No surprises, no scope creep, just a clear picture of your measurement gaps and the plan to close them.
- 02
You get infrastructure designed for your decisions
Not a generic setup. Every decision (tracking architecture, data pipelines, attribution models, dashboards) is designed around the specific marketing questions your team needs answered.
- 03
You start making better decisions within weeks
The system goes live and we use it together immediately. Better measurement means two things: sharper signals to your ad platforms, unlocking custom conversions that improve targeting and reduce wasted spend, and clearer data for your team to make confident marketing decisions week after week.
- 04
You have a partner, not a completed project
I don't disappear after delivery. I stay embedded: monitoring data quality, evolving the system as your business grows, and translating the data into your next move.

About
My background
Today, I build the Decision Layer for growth-stage SaaS and ecommerce companies: the measurement infrastructure that connects marketing spend to business outcomes. And then I stay. I become the embedded brain that helps teams turn data into decisions, week after week. Not as a vendor. Not as an agency. As a partner who knows your system, your team, and your business well enough to tell you what the numbers actually mean.
I'm based in Israel, work with companies globally, and believe that every marketing team deserves to trust their data, not just have more of it.
AboutDiscovery call
Let's find out if your measurement system is helping you or lying to you.
Book a 30-minute discovery call. No sales script. No pressure. We'll talk about where your data is today, what decisions it should be helping you make, and whether I'm the right person to close that gap. If I'm not, I'll tell you, and I'll point you in the right direction.
You'll talk to me directly, not a sales team, not a scheduler. Just a conversation between two people who care about getting marketing measurement right.
Typically respond within 24 hours. Calls are on Google Meet. No commitment required.
